The Exel CNC TL-160 is a high-performance tube laser cutting machine designed for accurate processing of round, square and rectangular tube. Built on a rigid welded machine bed with a high-precision servo motion system, it delivers fast, repeatable cutting for modern metal fabrication environments.

With a maximum tube length capacity of up to 6 metres and support for profiles up to Ø160mm, the TL-160 is ideal for manufacturers producing structural components, frames, furniture and fabrication parts. The integrated rotary chuck system securely holds and rotates tube during cutting, allowing complex profiles, slots, holes and end cuts to be produced with exceptional accuracy.
Powered by a fiber laser source from 1kW to 3kW, the machine offers high cutting efficiency with low operating costs. Combined with advanced CNC control software, automatic laser head focusing and intelligent cutting process databases, the TL-160 ensures consistent cutting performance across a wide range of materials and tube sizes.
